We are pleased to announce that funds advised by Warburg Pincus have agreed to sell their interest in Odido Nederland, a leading mobile and fixed telecommunications operator in the Netherlands, to funds advised by Apax Partners.

Today, Warburg Pincus celebrated its 60th anniversary by ringing the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
